Kaleh Ghoochi pistachio is one of Iran’s most renowned and best‑selling export varieties. It is cultivated in the highest districts of Semnan and Kerman, especially around the towns of Shahrud and Rafsanjan. This product is mostly known for its large kernels, thin shells, and a golden ‑ amber color.

The shell is extremely thin and easily split and 95% of nuts cracking naturally. The pistachio contains 22‑24 % protein with complete amino acid profile. Actually, each 100 grams of kaleh ghoochi pistachio provides approximately 20 grams of protein, 45 grams of healthy fats and 10 to 12 grams of dietary fiber, together with 6 mg of vitamin E, potassium and magnesium. Its high tocopherol delivers strong antioxidant protection and supports cellular health and cardiovascular function in body.

Quality is controlled from seed to pack. The nuts are hand‑harvested, immediately flash‑cooled and sorted by size before being sealed in multi‑layer pouches. This packaging guarantees a shelf life of up to 24 months at 18‑22 °C without refrigeration.
