Kambaze

Kambaze is the unripe fruit of melon, cantaloupe, and gourd, also known as kalak, gira, or khaircha in Turkish, which means small cucumber or cucumber. This fruit has a crispy, soft, and delicate texture, and its taste is between that of cucumber and melon. Kambaze is produced in the provinces of Azerbaijan and Khorasan.
