View ProfileCalcined Natural Pozzolanic Cement is an advanced type of pozzolanic cement produced by heating natural minerals such as kaolin, shale, or clay under controlled conditions (700–850 °C). The calcination process activates the siliceous and aluminous compounds, turning them into reactive pozzolans. When blended with Portland clinker, gypsum, and other additives, it provides excellent durability, mechanical strength, and sustainability.
This cement reduces the heat of hydration, improves resistance against sulfates and chlorides, decreases permeability, and emits less CO₂ during production—making it an environmentally friendly choice.
The composition typically includes 55–70% Portland clinker, 20–40% calcined natural pozzolan, and 2–5% gypsum. The pozzolan component—often metakaolin or calcined shale—contains high proportions of SiO₂ (45–60%) and Al₂O₃ (30–45%).

Thanks to its high durability and chemical resistance, it is ideal for:
Its excellent long-term performance makes it a preferred choice for national and international infrastructure projects.
Calcined Natural Pozzolanic Cement is increasingly in demand in global markets, especially in coastal and tropical regions. Export from Iran is carried out in 50 kg bags or bulk jumbo bags.
Compliance with international standards such as EN 197-1 Type II/A-P and ASTM C595 Type IP is required. Iranian producers, with high-quality minerals and advanced calcination technology, are capable of supplying markets in Europe, Asia, and Africa.
