Small saffron powder

Saffron powder is another product that you can use for cooking, baking, confectionery, and also preparing saffron tea and tea. Broken saffron, which is collected separately from string and flower saffron, is usually packaged and sold as saffron powder. Very small packages the size of a capsule are used in the preparation of this product. That is why it is called capsule saffron powder.

This product is added as a seasoning and a fragrant and colorful additive to various Iranian stews, soups, and kebabs. Its therapeutic properties should not be ignored either. For example, reducing menstrual pain in women, managing stress and reducing the effects of nervous tension, improving heart function, and strengthening memory are possible with moderate consumption of saffron tea and tea.
